BLEW UP
Bought in mid 2020 and it BLEW UP. A BIG WASTE OF MONEY !!!! I wish they had 0 star ratings

Orbit not working correctly
Started using the item in July 2020. Doesnโt get used all the time. The last 8weeks(give or take) when the orbit rotates it drops really fast when it gets to the top(have to stand by it so it wonโt hit the client in the head). Definitely have turned the rotation off but it still rotates when itโs time to cool down. I am not sure if anyone else is having this issue. Not sure what to do. Please help

Awesome dryer!!
Love this dryer! Great price!! I was very skeptical as bonnet dryers are old reliables. Would be nice to localize the heat a bit but overall, I am extremely satisfied. You must adjust to your preferences on processing temp & times but it gives you a good starting point. I completely recommend this dryer for professional use especially!

Great value for the price!
Works perfectly for processing color. Itโs totally silent when using heat only, and when the fan is on itโs very quiet.

Broken with no option for replacement parts
I had this about 1.5 yrs probably only been used for 6 mo and the mechanism that locks it in place vertically is broken. Seller is non responsive and the part is not sold anywhere online. Very disappointed.
