CZ Grain Bonsai Green Weeping Willow: The Drama Queen of Tiny Trees
Hold onto your tiny gardening hats, folks, because the CZ Grain Bonsai Green Weeping Willow Tree Cutting is about to bring some serious drama and flair to your bonsai collection. This thick trunk start is the diva of dwarf bonsai material, ready to steal the spotlight and transform your garden into a miniature theater of botanical elegance.First off, this cutting isn't just any bonsai starter – it’s like adopting a tiny, green superstar. The thick trunk gives it a sturdy, commanding presence, like the leading actor in a Shakespearean play. It’s almost as if you can hear it whispering, “To grow, or not to grow? That is the question.”Planting this little guy is a breeze. Just stick it in some premium bonsai soil (preferably the kind mentioned in our previous rave review), give it some love, water, and a dash of patience, and watch the magic unfold. It’s like having a front-row seat to the greatest botanical performance of all time. The best part? This weeping willow cutting grows with a graceful, drooping elegance that makes it look like it’s perpetually in the middle of a heartfelt soliloquy. Its delicate branches weep softly, adding a touch of sophistication and theatrical charm to your bonsai collection. Move over, Hamlet – there’s a new drama king in town. But don’t be fooled by its dramatic appearance; this bonsai is also surprisingly robust. It’s got the resilience of an action hero and the beauty of a prima ballerina. Just give it a good spot with some sunlight and regular watering, and it will reward you with a stunning display of bonsai brilliance.Bottom line: The CZ Grain Bonsai Green Weeping Willow Tree Cutting is the ultimate addition for anyone looking to add a touch of drama and elegance to their bonsai garden. With its thick trunk and graceful weeping branches, it’s a showstopper in the world of tiny trees. Just be prepared for standing ovations every time you walk by – this bonsai loves to steal the show!

Follow the instructions!!!!
Update:3/7/2022 this was gifted to 2 family members. Both contacted me the plants are now dead with a black fungus growing on them. No change in soil, followed instructions to a T, unhappy and weird it occurred at around the same time with two different households 45 minutes from each other….Update: including pics of plants now almost 4 weeks later. All 3 stems are blooming!!! The bright light is the grow light I also bought on Amazon, it came recommended after I added the CZ bonsai tree to my shopping cart.I plan on posting pics when I can, but since these were gifted I will have to come back to this review to update. I got instructions on how to grow and followed them to the T. As soon as the stems came in I submerged them in a cup of water 2 inches deep. After watching CZ’s video I then bought a $14 grow light since I was to scared to put it by the window (I’m cheap and don’t like turning my heat on in winter so it gets cold and the plants were suppose to be in a warm environment). Can I just say the plants are blooming faster than what was stated on the video! They gave me extra stems and all of them are budding and have roots growing after 1 1/2 weeks!I am so happy I was actually able to gift a plant with some buds so it didn’t look like a stick in a cup lol

March 2023 update
Got my Green Willows in. I did get the dragon willows as well. So, I read the Directions and placed the cuttings in cups of water. The cuttings that seemed slow with roots I swapped cuttings that are growing fast mixed with those not growing so quickly. Researched online that the willows give off a hormone that causes rooting. So those cuttings that barely had roots I swapped in with those doing very well. Then eventually they all had a lot of roots. I bought 3 gallon and 4 gallon planters pots. I made sure to buy FOX FARMS Ocean Forest soil. My local garden center had the soil. From there I filled pots with soil and before placing the cuttings in. I pruned the roots a little so it was even around. I placed in the soil and gentle covering the roots. Then gave a good watering and placed outside. If the temp got below 30 I would bring them inside. So far all my cuttings are doing well.Update 4/21. Added recent picture. My green willows all growing very well. Had no failures so far and been following the directions per what was given.Update 5/12. Willows still going strong. Been using water down fertilizer to help give nutrients.Uploaded picture of one I plant to keep and bonsai. 3/14/233/17/23Placed in Bonsai training pot. From purchase to now, I was very surprised in how much root growth it had.Same as I said before. Make sure to follow directions. Use good soil(Fox Farms Ocean Floor). DO NOT USE Miracle grow.I plan to gift the other 3 to a friend who wants willows for his pond.Update photo 3/22/23 potted into plastic bonsai pot and soil. Mixed little bit of fox farms soil and slow release fertilizer mixed in. Limbs are wired. To get the willow look for a small tree you will need to train it. Other photo is if you let it grow on its own. They grow fast once roots are established it grows. Will Update when spring hits

No luck
Picture was deceiving. My fault though, bc i didn't read what I was actually getting delivered. Grew roots in a few days, but I've tried multiple times now and all of my trees have died once planted in soil. I followed directions, bought appropriate soil and had no luck with these.
