Originally purchased the Polar Ice therapy system for knee replacement surgery. Worked so well, bought the shoulder attachment for my husband's shoulder surgery. So easy to use. So much better than I bags of ice.Highly recommend. I.needed a couple replacement parts, customer service was excellent.

This pad works good for body parts that are cymetrical or flat. Does not work so well for a knee. Also the velcro straps wear out rapidly and I could not find replacements

I have been using an Active Ice system to help with my recovery from knee replacement. It has been very effective but I didn’t like the pad that came with it. This pad is far superior to the original one. I should have bought this one sooner. Very easy to put on and provides full coverage for the knee.

Lost my Matt that was giving from the hospital. This is a pretty close match! It leaks a little so I use a towel to stop water getting everywhere. It works well besides leaking
