Melatonin 3 mg Time Release, Dietary Supplement to Minimize Wake Ups, Nighttime Sleep Aid, 100 Tablets, Up to a 100 Day Supply

My son was having sleeping issues, waking up throughout the night so we got him this. 3mg is just enough for him to not be knocked out and the time release keeps him asleep all night. I works great for him. Doesn't seem groggy in the morning.

Since taking this I am sleeping so much better. I used to have a hard time falling asleep and staying asleep. Now, within fifteen minutes or so I fall asleep and I am not waking up as many times during the night.

Update 3/28/26: 3rd order. Speaks for itself. Update 12/17/2025: Second order of these. I ran out and was a reaffirmed I sleep better on them. ( I reverted to a melatonin gummy when out of these and was reminded that these indeed keep me down for the night in a way a gummy doesn't. Anyway, I'm getting moreso sold on these. Earlier review: I've decided I love sustained release melatonin after using others: quick- dissolving, gummies, and regular (not sustained release). I get a better, endured sleep. I take one about an hour or two before sleep, and one at bedtime. I'm sold on these!

Helps with insomnia. I wish it cost less.

I take this nightly. When I’ve traveled without it, I notice that my sleep cycles are less effective. I love how it’s relatively low dose and still works.

These melatonin tablets actually gave me good energy but they also made me feel a little jittery and kind of weird. I’d recommend breaking them in half if you’re sensitive like me. They still work, just better in a smaller dose.
