Needed to ream my tobacco pipe and didn't want to damage my bowl so I bought one of these. This tool is very aggressive if you go clockwise as you are supposed to, as per design of the cutting edge. I found going anti-clockwise and starting with the smallest bit first and working my way up in size. Please do not go clockwise and be heavy handed as this will damage your pipe. Overall I am happy with this set.

I have been a pipe smoker for fifty years and from time to time I have had difficulty finding a decent reamer. This is undoubtedly the best I have ever used. The design is simple and very robust. It has a variety of heads to fit different sizes of bowl and each head has four metal blades at right angles to each other. The detachable handle fits securely and a few quick twists are sufficient to remove the carbonised material. In my view a highly satisfactory piece of kit.

blade droped out of one on removing it from the box. because of the sizing a gouge was left out of my pipe.they dont work well at all.
