This is a tremendous product. For the price, the quality is outstanding. It charged quickly and the motion-activated feature is great as it gives cats the opportunity to play at their own pace - because we know cats do what they want. The best surprise was the huge tube of catnip that came with the toy. My cat barely even recognizes my existence - she's SO enthralled with her new fish!!

The media could not be loaded.  After a month of my cat playing with this fish (and she only played with it a few times) the device inside broke. It will no longer wiggle. It never seemed to be motion sensitive. I would start up my cat touched it or hit it. She played more with the little mouse that came inside it. Nanogen, the company that is listed on amazon for this product, seem to be a hair company so there seems to be no way to get a replacement device.

My cat loved it and even brought it to me to sleep with, but it stopped working after a couple weeks. I replaced the batteries several times but it seemed as though some of the mechanics were damaged. It was great while it lasted. Now we just have a plain fish.

My cat just loves it!! Its his favorite toy now, he carries it everywhere! The toy is a very good quality too, comes with a catnip and a small mouse as a gift! Me and my kitty are beyond happy with a purchase ! Will definitely recommend this item, you will not regret it!!

So I purchased this for our cat Reese, whom I am not really a big fan of, but I thought why not, could be fun. So when the box arrived, I quickly charged it up, it uses a USB plug instead of batteries, which was nice. While it was charging, it also came with a little toy mouse that the cat batted around for like 4 seconds. Once the fish was charged, we turned it on and placed it in front of our cat. She looked at it and watched it, but never once did she move. So then we smeared some of the catnip that also came in the package, thinking this was what she needed to get the fun jump-started. Again, we got nothing. The cat heated this toy. I mean it did exactly what it says it would do, but our cat must be broken because it was a no-go.

My cat ripped the stuffing out of the fish so quickly there was really no point to making it rechargeable. It's just a little flipping motor now with pretty much nothing around it.

Fun toy for my kitties!

Cute toy, and awesome idea. However, it didn't last.After about a week or two, it no longer functions :(.We opened the zipper, removed the mechanism that flops, and just use it as a regular cat toy.
