How do I contact customer service for a Vitesse fireplace?

They are not responding right away . I wish I would know earlier this supplier is locate in China

Does it have a mirror background ?

No mirror. It’s just a thin screen/film. Heater feature sucks. Get one that has temp you can adjust. And it’s Loud! Speed of flames much better feature than color change.

it says need clearance 8 inches around the fireplace. Does that include the mantel legs on the side?

Not really. Mine only has about 6 inches and never even gets warm. The hot air blows 12 to 20 inches outward and never really even rises to my mantle.
