I give it 5/5 on everything except comfort. It isn't that they are uncomfortable per se, I'm just used to having a retractable microphone so having one permanently in my peripheral is a bit distracting. In your next version you should make it retractable or removable imo. The sound is pretty crisp, not overly bassy and the microphone itself works fine. The lead seems really durable, will see how it holds up overtime where it connects to the earpiece. A downside is that the leftside plastic on the earpiece can make a bit of noise from head movements. No idea if that is just my headset or an issue with the product itself. Reason for buying; good price and no unnecessary LED lights. Reviews seemed overall positive with little complaints over the things I care about/am looking for from a headset. If the brand makes a couple improvements I'll certainly purchase from them again.

Update: Following my one-star review, the seller got in touch and demonstrated excellent customer service by offering me either a replacement or a refund. I chose the replacement, which we’ve just received. The seller communicated throughout and checked in to make sure the replacement had arrived and that we were happy with it. Best customer service I’ve ever experienced following an issue. Well done, and much appreciated! Bought three of these for my three sons. The sound quality is decent, the fit is good and comfortable. But after just three months, the mic has stopped working on one of them. Not the most expensive headset, and I know headsets tend not to last all that long, but I expect them last longer than this. Can’t contact the seller through Amazon.

good sound, fairly comfortable and not too bulky. however, had to buy an extra adapter cable for my laptop, as my headphone usb thing had one hole instead of two which wasn't very good but overall the headphones are worth the price.

This headset is perfect. Cheap and reliable. Had it a while now nothing is wrong with it sound quality is perfect defo recommend. 10/10

I am surprised by how good these are for such a low price! They are very comfortable, especially the ear cushions and the adjustable head cushion. The cable is made from thick material which makes it more durable and 'heavy duty'. The sound is above average! I could easily say they sound similar to dr dre beats solo's. I normally use bose quiet comfort ll on the daily so I have a range of quality comparison. Mic is also pretty good!

I got this because I play alot of open world games. It comfortable and sound is OK. But I am disappointed had the mic working for like 5 mins then nothing, it just stopped working. Pc is still registering it but there is no input when I talk and the mute button is off. Extremely disappointed and waste of money

The quality of this headphone is superb. To be honest i was bit skeptical when I purchased it because I wasn’t entirely buying it to the description that was provided but when I actually got the product it exceed my expectation given the price that i bought it for. Whoever is looking to purchase the headphone for any purpose this is must.
