The precision tweezers I initially received were crooked, making it near impossible to pick up objects. Customer service was quick to respond and ship out a replacement, which came in 2 days. Tweezers are well made and customer service is top notch

Great product
When I was looking for some tweezers to pick up for my miniatures kit, I debated on getting a technical set with more but decided on this set. They are very comfortable to use and I am very happy with them. If I needed another set later, I would definitely get these again.
