Could you use this to secure face mask to skin where it gaps? Any odor to the strip/glue?

yes you can. I use it to seal my face mask along the top so air doesnt leak out into my eyes or fog up my glasses. You can take it on and off a few times and be able to restick it to your skin. I have to wear my mask for long periods of time at work so I just keep a roll at work and replace it on the mask a couple times a day. It has difficulty sticking on hot humid days when you sweat more. Also first time you put on mask after a shower (no oils on face) it might peel off mask and stick to skin when you remove the mask. But overall it works really well for this. I have been using it for about a year to seal my masks. I have not notice any odor.

Does it stay put on sweaty skin?

I use it to seal my masks and find I have difficulty getting it getting adhesive to stick to my skin on humid days.

can you use this for pasties/nipple covers?

Possibly, depending on the size of the area, it may or may not stick. Remember it’s a two sided sticky tape designed for hairpiece and wig attachment.
