The rod on my Toto's handle finally eroded through and no longer operated the flapper. I was FLOORED at the cost of Toto's replacement and went with this unit.It fit, and works perfectly. An exact chinesium knock off that looks like it'll hold up as long as the original Toto one.

I was skeptical about how well made this handle was, but after receiving it and inspecting it, found it to be very well made and should last a long time. The wear point in the handle is reinforced better than the original Toto handle. The swivel inside the plastic holder is also very sturdy and should not allow the pivoting pin from moving as the handle is activated. This was also a weak point with the original Toto handle. The handle installed easily and operates with no problem. Overall, this toilet handle is excellent and I'm really happy. It is much cheaper than the Toto replacement handle and I think is better made.

First of all, the product works and for a very reasonable price, I have repaired my toilet - so thank you!The square plastic part that's supposed to fit into the hole in the porcelain doesn't fit the opening as well as it should, so the handle sticks out a bit more than the original part from Toto. The handle also feels a bit wobbly, and does not seem like a quality part.That said, it flushes fine.Update: I realized that the handle fits fine. It comes with a gasket pre-installed that allows it to fit in a toilet tank with a larger opening for the handle. Removing the gasket, the part fits well and operates better than before. The handle still feels a bit looser than the original, but I would now recommend this part and have updated from 3 to 4 stars.

Our house came with a TOTO Dorian toilet, probably because it was cheap and available at the time. It doesn't allow for a washlet, and parts are hardly available now. It is a dumb toilet. At some point the flush handle started being less and less consistent in how it flushed, and we discovered it was worn through the cheap pot metal at an attachment point. No way to repair, and after searching for hours I found 1 online source for an Ebony flush lever for... 63 dollars. Not including shipping. Online stores had no information on replacement handles for other models that might be a fit, so I took a chance on this one in spite of the schematic showing slightly different measurements than the manuals for the OEM flush lever. Turns out it is a perfect match for the lever on our toilet, and though it's not Cotton White to match, it is also not Ebony and 63 freaking dollars. Our toilet flushes consistently now for the first time in years.

If you can get past the weird brand name, the fit and finish of this handle is actually pretty decent. You have to remove the square black rubber “shim” and bend the metal arm around the flush valve to fit a Toto Carlisle Toilet. But once you do, you’ll be back in the doodoo business in about five minutes.

I kept the handle and the new brass bar, but had to reuse the original connector, because this version does NOT fit the Toto CST454CEFG Drake II toilets, even though it is supposed to fit all 454 series. The rubber gasket prevents the handle from returning to the standard position, keeping the toilet eternally flushing. I used the new parts, but am discouraged that this company has so many positive reviews when it does not fit many Toto toilets.

As described, was a good match for the old handle, which had a stress related break. Installed and back to working in less than 20 minutes.

Directions were clear. Installation took less than 5 minutes. Looks good, works like a toilet handle should.

Well made and exactly the required repair that will work as long as or perhaps longer than the original part at a significantly lower cost than the name brand part which can be difficult to find. It is very important to note the toilet model number when replacing the flush handle since most generic replacement either don’t work or work very poorly. If the model number , which is stamped on the inside of the tank or lid is unreadable then it is best look up Toto models and match the external shape of the toilet to determine the model number
