Easy to follow patterns
Beautiful motifs in this lovely pattern book. If you're in the US, just remember to convert the stitches to US terms. The author also provides a table with thread to hook recommendations.

A great book and really cute patterns!
I purchased this book as I am just beginning to crochet with finer thread / getting into Micro crochet. I liked the suggestions on type of hook, threads and other bits of information in this book. The patterns by themselves are quick ones, ranging between R1 for the simplest flower and R6 or so for the granny square like designs. There is a project at the end of every section which is very detailed i.e. the steps to combine pieces if you are making a pouch for e.g. or how to attach a chain and make your motif into a pendant. These will make cute gifts or embellishments for your gifts, too!

Like it, but…
I was looking for a book that had a good variety of quality patterns for motifs and appliqués. This book has that, but if I’d realized it was written in UK terms, I probably would have kept looking for another alternative. It’s not enough of an issue to warrant returning, but it would have been nice if I’d noticed it before purchasing. It’s not just stitch terms that take some brain realignment though - it’s the way the patterns themselves are written too - such as a US pattern might say “ch3” these UK pattens will say “3Ch”. It does provide a stitch conversion chart in the back of the book, but who wants to keep flipping back and forth from the pattern? - til they adjust their brains to the “new” terminology? If you can, do as I did - slap it on your scanner, then enlarge & print. So.. despite fits and starts, with an occasional “what the heck?!?”, all the patterns I’ve tried have worked up well so far.

The author covered everything needed to create these tiny treasures from clear instructions to explaining which threads are best and the right hooks for each kind of thread.

Wonderful book!
I LOVE this book. There are so many wonderful projects ranging from tiny granny squares, to an itty bitty amigurumi bumble bee, and a sailboat with a life preserver. I love that each one has a written pattern AND a chart. I can read both but I find charts helpful if I get confused reading a pattern. This is written in UK crochet terms but the author thought of that too and put a chart so we can still use the book with our US terms. She gives all kinds of tips as well throughout the book from special stitches to changing colors halfway through a row. I've not made anything using this book yet, but that's simply because I want to make them ALL! If you know enough about crochet to read a pattern or a chart, this book will be a welcome tool to add to all that yarn you already have.

Beautiful book with clear, easy instructions!
I’ve already looked through the entire book, and I’ve only had it for about an hour. It looks beautiful. The directions are clear and the charts are easy to follow. I’m very excited to get started! I follow the author on Instagram, which is how I found this book. I highly recommend it!

Invest in some magnifying readers!
Love this book. The author is well known for her tiny crochet creations. It’s definitely a skill. You’ll need strong light (sunlight or a daylight lamp) or/ and magnifying pair of glasses to successfully create these, without too much frustration. Loved the skulls especially and the mini granny square designs! All so much fun and very inspiring. If you can crochet, you can do these (but you’ll need patience!)

Un libro stupendo, pieno di spunti creativi. Se amate il micro crochet allora questo libro fa per voi. Unica pecca è che il libro ha un formato grande quindi è scomodo da portare in giro. Per il resto lo consiglio a tutti, anche a coloro che vogliono approcciarsi al micro crochet per la prima volta.

No hay nada, que no me haya gustado de este libro, bien explicado, tiene gráficos, diseños preciosos que estimulan la imaginación, y lo único que lamento es que no esté en español, (yo por lo menos no lo encontré) Espero que mi opinión te haya servido. Muchas gracias.
