Good size but wobbly. You need to have a strong core in order to use it safely.

Bought to replace old wheel, great product so simple but yet so good and hits abs strengthening back shoulders arms

Pretty ok for its price, would recommend you get a better one for long term use.Was pretty sad about the mat, looked like it was cut with a scissor, wasn't even a straight rectangle - not that Ill be using it. But then again it is cheap and does what it needs to do.
