Good for my lathe (cl430) after a modification
I bought this for a Clarke CL430 lathe. I didn’t pay attention when ordering and bought a rocker switch when I wanted a switch that stayed in the position you switch it to. Anyway, just in case anyone else buys it by accident and you don’t want the auto centring, pull off the top of the switch (small screwdriver inserted down the side of the switch and lever it carefully) and remove the two springs. Works perfectly. The insides appear to be identical to the original switch on my lathe and that lasted well over ten years. No reason to believe this won’t be just as good.
