I'm not bulking or anything, I just wanted a good mix of fiber and protein in a bar and this one had the most impressive nutrition label. 200ish calories, 12 grams protein, 8 grams fiber is an uncommon combo. The ingredients are pretty impressive as well, the only things I didn't understand and needed to google were "sunflower lecithin" and "steviol glycosides". As for the flavors: Chocolate Sea Salt: 2.5/5, tasted like a generic chocolate protein bar, not a big fan. Chocolate doesn't cover up the "this is a protein bar" taste Peanut Butter Chip: 4/5 Just a better version of the chocolate sea salt imo. Almond butter chip: 3/5 Very similar to the peanut butter, but I can taste what I think is almond extract which gives it a fake almond taste, not a huge fan. Lemon Blueberry: 1/5 Not sure if the lemon flavorings can't handle shipment, but this one was truly awful. Would only eat willingly if it was the only edible thing in my apartment. Tasted like sour dirt. Wild Blueberry: 4.5/5 Was expecting bad things due to the lemon blueberry, but this was much more pleasant. Flavor reminiscent of nutrigrain cereal bar (obviously less sweet). Banana Nut: 4.5/5 Tied with blueberry for my favorite (these are the only 2 I'd eat for fun and not as a health bar deal). Reminiscent of banana bread a bit. Matcha Chai: 3.5/5 Decent, not my favorite. Matcha flavor was pretty weak, lots of aromatic spices that I think are overpowering (has matcha, cinnamon, ginger, vanilla, cardamom, clove, curcumin). Healthy for sure, but it almost tasted perfumey with how many spices there were. These bars are fairly pricy, and you can do better with protein if your goal is maximizing gains, but for someone looking for a fiber bar with good protein content this is the best one I've found so far. I want to take off half a star, but I can't. I'll leave it at 5 but here's why I'd take off points: 1. I don't know how this lemon blueberry can exist, that one needs a new formula. 2. Expensive, but this is an issue with most protein bars. 3. Some negative reviews mention the company reaching out and asking reviewers to edit their reviews with a higher score. Very scummy if true, I don't think they need to scoop that low.

What a great product!! I was looking for something healthy and good taste, I found this protein bars, with less sugar, less carbs y more protein, with natural ingredients, I got this 7 flavor samplers, delicious and I feel it good to my stomach,it’s not to dry, it taste very freshness, more energy and more satisfying, it’s worth the price ❤️

After seeing a lot of 1 star reviews about the taste and texture of this product, I was hesitating about buying these. However, most protein bars on the market are filled with sucralose or other artificial sweeteners, these are not like that. Although they contain tapioca starch and that always makes me worry about blood sugar spikes. There is a lot of fiber blends in this bar that help slow down the release into the blood stream. They have a similar texture to RX bars but RX bars are slightly more slimy. The taste for me, is amazing. However if you are used to artificial sweeteners and other protein bars, you are probably not going to like these bars. I am giving this product a 4/5 because I wish the calorie to protein ratio was higher but, I just typically pair this bar with a high protein food. The pack that I received was fresh and the variety of flavors that are available are great. If you are going to eat these everyday or every other day. I suggest doing the subscribe and save, because that will save you more money than buying standard and then it will be cheaper than buying in store.

The texture was a little bit weird. The taste was really good and I enjoyed most of them. The ones I didn’t like were just because I normally don’t like the flavors like I do not like salted things. I do like how there is a variety so I can try all the flavors without buying a box of each this way I know which one I like and which one I don’t like. There is a little bit of like an artificial sweetener taste to them, but I’m also not a huge fan of Stevia. They’re a little chewy which I think is the texture part that gets me but overall, I would give them a solid seven out of 10.

I’m pretty picky when it comes to protein bars, especially the taste, so I was pleasantly surprised by IQBars. I bought the sampler pack with 7 different flavors and genuinely enjoyed all of them. My favorite so far is the lemon blueberry, which was unexpectedly delicious. They taste great and don’t have that chalky or artificial aftertaste that a lot of protein bars have. They’re perfect as a quick, satisfying snack, and I really appreciate the clean ingredients. The high fiber content is a huge bonus and helps keep me full longer. Overall, these have become an easy grab-and-go option for busy days, and I’ll definitely be ordering them again.

I recently tried the IQBAR protein bars and wow, so good! The banana nut and lemon blueberry flavors quickly became my favorites although honestly they’re all delicious. What’s awesome is how well they stack up nutritionally. Each bar clocks in around 180 calories with 12 grams of plant-based protein, only 2 grams of sugar, and 3 grams net carbs. That’s consistent for both the banana nut and lemon blueberry versions. They’re keto friendly, vegan, gluten free, really clean and low sugar fuel that works whether I’m recovering from a workout or just need a healthy snack. Beyond the numbers, the texture is incredible. The outside is firm and crunchy and the inside stays soft and satisfying with a craveable crunch core that I just can’t get enough of. It feels indulgent without being junky. This makes a perfect post workout protein snack. Tasty and satisfying with enough protein to support recovery yet free from heavy sugars. I recently found IQ Bar at my local Costco a few months back, all they had was a box of Peanut Butter Chip, Chocolate Seasalt, and the Almond Butter variety pack so that’s where I started. I instantly loved them, even the chocolate sea salt which is a flavor I normally don’t go for. You got many bars for the price(atleast at Costco lol), so it was a good deal and they were yummy and offered 12g of protein which is a good “snack”. They also don’t have that nasty “musty” smell that most low carb snacks have. The quality of the bar tastes great and the texture is sort of like a soft and chewy fudge brownie. They are not sticky. Well, Costco ran out so I turned to Amazon which is when I discovered there were more than just those 3 flavors. I immediately ordered the sampler pack. Here’s my ranking from BEST to WORST: Almond Butter Chip Banana Nut Peanut Butter Chip Chocolate Seasalt Chocolate Mint Toasted Coconut Chip (which shocked me because I love coconut!) annnnd last and DEFINITELY LEAST… Lemon Blueberry. This bar alone took away a star from the rating because it literally made me want to hurl. I know taste is an opinion and preference, but for the love of all that is holy.. don’t eat this flavor. Tastes like the devil’s butt mixed with lemon pledge and children’s tears.

These bars are delicious, but the set I received had 2 with cuts on the packages so I won’t be eating them and won’t be ordering again.

These are all poisonous. Priced so high !! Grown in a lab !!! I seen it somewhere before. Only the poor people had these to eat. Its all part of the same program . A double hitter. Poisonous and stealing your wealth !!!

Out of the 7 bars I received 4 of them have an open slice of the package open. Very disappointed was hoping to try every bar to find the ones we like.
