Will buy and buy again! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great on it's own, even better with ligonberries! *by D***D on April 3, 2025* The Alaskan Sockeye Salmon along with (caramelized) Dried Wild Lingonberries from Northwest Wild Foods and capers was delicious! I fry the fish with Kerrygold butter, add the ligonberries alongside about halfway through, caramelize them with honey and a sprinkle of sugar as you pull the fish. Top with fresh capers and ligonberries and serve. The salmon by itself is delicious, and very fresh tasting coming from a western Washington resident. The ligonberries are tart, and they're freeze-dried, so they just start to re-hydrate then I add the butter sugar and honey.
