Placebo? Maybe it is, but it works. Even helps a little, but noticable with ringing. When I run out will actually buy again.

Did not work for me BUT, I ended up going to the Dr. and I had an ear infection so I had to take antibiotics. My ear pain was bad and annoying. With that being wrote, this brand is fantastic but if you have earaches and auditiva concerns do not self medicate, go to see a doctor because ear damage is irreversible.

Twice this past year my ears have felt clogged and full, even to the point where I was starting to get head aches. Both times I have used these drops and within a day or two of use it is cleared up and I am back to normal. Highly recommend!
