I used to be very fat and searching for good exercise for abs exercise. I found the abs Roller, honestly it's really easy to install and very impressive. I am doing exercises from last 6 days untill arrived feel like my belly tummy goes inside fast. It's really worth its to buy , special a person those who really fed up with heavy exercise of abs. For me and them best option is abs Roller. I am highly Impressive with this product. And the price is also not so high.

I bought this Scarlett ab roller which was in my list Since lockdown, I thought to buy all house workout equipment. It is one of my best and effective purchase so far. I am so Impressed with this wheel because Its not only good for abs it also help to stretch your back and your full body. At first was concerned about its quality and performance but It proved me all wrong with it's smooth wheel and strong foam grip.

Received on 18th May 2022, INR 299 + 40 delivery chargesTried on first day and it seems working. Good exercise to do as pre and post workout and also can be included in Ab routine.All ages people can do, knee issue people can do by sitting. Variations in exercise can be found on youtube searching.I will edit this review as i get more experience about this product

Easy to assemble and use, very functional and rigid built quality. If done properly and regularly then you can definitely see more improvement than crunches. But needs to be done in a controlled movement or you can hurt your back and can have back problem. So first practice to do it properly by watching YouTube videos and don’t go too far in starting or you can fall on your face while coming back.

The grips are lose, the bar is too short, the pad they give is too small; the caps on bars keep coming out. It’s low cost and low quality product; but at your own choice. The wheels are good though and support 100 kh plus weight easily but everything else is too filmsy

So glad to having this one on right time. I was just started my core exercise and believe me the last for days was my best experience regarding the core exercises. It is so easy to use with proper tricks and techniques which you can see on YouTube. Overall quality is so well. Hope it will make me more fit. Thanks Amazon
