Amazing product
Iโve purchased expensive product in the past but this product is just as good if not better. My hair has stopped falling out as much and my skin looks glowing. Not seen much regrowth of hair yet but far too early to see. Nails seem stronger after having acrylic, which just ruin your nails. Would highly recommend this product especially for someone in the perimenopause.

This product is amazing. My skin, hair and nails have never been better. My hair has gotten thicker just within a few weeks of taking these. Also I get biab done to my nails and nails just kept breaking or took forever to grow but by taking these my nail technician has noticed a massive difference in my nails strength and length wise. The only let down to this product is the smell of them however it is not unbearable
