I bought the Zotos Salon Quantum Ultra Firm Exothermic Perm for my husband and it worked really well. The instructions were clear, easy to follow, and made the process simple even at home. The solution set up quickly and gave his hair a nice, firm curl that has lasted. One thing to know is that the rollers and end papers are sold separately, so you’ll need to have those on hand, but that wasn’t a big deal. What I liked most is that it didn’t have an overpowering smell compared to some other perms we’ve tried, and it didn’t leave his hair feeling overly dry or damaged. The results look professional and saved us from having to pay salon prices. I’ll definitely be buying this again when he’s ready for a touch-up.

I’ve ordered this product a couple of different times to perm my pre teen son’s hair and it works perfectly every time. It’s easy to use and comes out great each time. My son also has very fine hair and it does great with his hair!

This has to be the most useless thing I bought on Amazon, waste of money. I should have known it’s not for 4c with the reviews, I just wanted to give it a try. And I regret using it, wasted my time following instructions, rinse out and my hair was exactly same or even worse.

I like this product very much. The packaging was a problem tho. It was shipped in a plastic envelope and all the contents were emptied out of its original box inside which contained liquid and wasn't protected enough. If liquid isn't protected enough in shipping it usually spills or leaks. This product needs to be shipped in a box.

I couldn’t find my usual perm brand for my curl-resistant, thin hair, so I decided to try the Zotos Quantum Ultra Firm Exothermic Perm. While other products were disappointing, this perm worked exceptionally well for me. However, I should note that I used minimal water when rolling my hair and waited about 30 minutes before applying the perm solution. Six months later, the perm still holds up beautifully.

I know perms smell but this one got me. I perm my hair every six months and I love being able to it for $10 vs $200 at the salon. Curls have lasted me and I’m on my second box but this time I will wear a mask. Definitely use a friend to curl your hair but overall great value for the service.
