Sedona Designz 100% Cotton Black Muslin Fabric – 60 Inch Wide Draping Textile by The Yard (1 Yard)

The product is thin. I ended up using it for pocket lining and a third layer in my 100% cotton made masks.

This is NOT duvatyne. More like a table cloth material that is thin, a polyester blend of some sort. The Duvatyne I’ve used has a felt like feel which this doesn’t have.. It did not come in a roll like the advertised picture which is how duvatyne usually comes. I ordered 2 of these for a studio portrait shoot and because the fabric was so thin, I had to fold it over 4 times in order to get it to block the light I needed it to do. This added way more time to the shoot and complexity and had I not had enough fabric, it could of have blown my assignment. I would have returned it, but there wasn’t enough time. I threw it out at the end of the shoot.

I thought it would be a thicker muslin! Soft and more like a cotton!

It looks good it will definitely make the work

Does not come as a roll like the picture had to take a ton of time and buy a steamer to claen up the seams extremely ligh-weight and see through poor quality.

I bought this material to cover some cardboard of these window inserts I created for my van so it's fine for my use case. But if you're trying to black out a window for example, light does pass through it. This is NOT duvetyne if that's your expectation so just be aware. I believe that's a tag of this product, which would be false advertising. But it's fine for what I'm using it for.

I think the thumbnail image used to advertise this product might be a bit misleading, whether intentional or not as it gives the impression that it might be heavier.
