Incredibly unfussy to work with
My experience with spackle has sometimes been less than perfect, however from the tidy packaging of the kit, the quality of the product, to the ease of application and use, it has been a delight. I definitely recommend having your own sanding product as the ones included are great for a smaller sized room, however if looking at more than one room (or a lot of holes) you might begin to struggle.

Easy for small patchwork
My wife and I decided to rearrange and/or remove some wall hangings as part of our clutter removal process. It's very refreshing, by the way. Of course, we were left with a lot of screw holes and chipped paint. These tubes are extremely convenient. Just squeeze and push some spackle into the hole and around it, use the scraper to smooth it, use the included sandpaper to sand it after it dries, and paint! It's that easy!I will say that the included gloves are so thin and flimsy that I just tossed them. I also didn't need them. If I want to use gloves, I"ll use medical ones as they are more dependable.

A little messy but gets the job done
I used this to fix several < 2 inch holes from tv mount drywall anchors at a friends place. The compound is a little messy to apply compared to other kits but it gets the job done and dries in modest amount of time. I’d suggest getting better sanding pads than what the kit provides if you’re doing a lot of repairs though.

THE BEST!
I find repairing drywall and wood paneling very challenging. I tried this product to repair walls around a walk-in tub that started disintegrating and peeling. It is advertised as being waterproof. I was able to fill in and skim coat damaged areas without a lot of effort. It sands very easily for smoothing and feathering. When I was done you couldn’t see where the work was done. THANK YOU!!!!

I’d just go to Home Depot
The stuff just shot out a bunch of water the some hard pieces all over me. Then towards the middle of the tube it had some usable material. After that it was ok to use but 1/2 of the tube was a waste.

Paste had separated and was unusable.
This product was completely separated and basically unusable. The instructions don’t say anything about mixing/shaking, so I opened the tube and tried to squeeze some on the wall. A white liquid reminiscent of watery elmer’s glue ran everywhere - all over my hands, down my wall, onto my carpet, etc. I tried squeezing it directly onto a flat surface, and once all the watery part was out the remainder was so thick that even squeezing with two hands I couldn’t get more than enough out to patch 2 small areas.Since most reviews are good, I feel the need to say I ordered this in February in the Midwest USA and we’ve been experiencing sub-zero temperatures. So maybe that corrupted it. It had been inside over 24 hours before I tried to use it, so it had ample time to warm up. At any rate, maybe don’t risk trying this if it’ll be shipped in the cold. Can’t say for sure that’s the culprit, but I wonder if it played a part since most of the other reviews are good.

This stuff is great!
I am getting ready to sell my house and I have a lot of nicks and nail holes and screw holes to patch before I do. This stuff is so easy to work with. No mixing, very little sanding, you just slather it on and walk away. When you come back a few hours later to sand, the excess material practically falls off leaving a perfectly patched hole.

a good quick filler for small holes primarily
It is not bad at all for the price and package. However, it does shrink a lot when it dries, so bigger holes will require a few applications. I would not use this for any hole bigger than 0.5" and would reduce depth with something suitable too. 3 to 4 applications for this big of a hole.
