Good flavor and effective
They have a nice lemon flavor, and soft texture. The gummie is on the small side. They have B vitamins, biotin and collagen. I have noticed my nails growing faster and appear to be stronger. I haven't had any bloating or stomach issues. They seem to be working well for me.

I really liked these collagen gummies. They have a very pleasant lemon flavor, they are not too sweet and they are easy to take every day.
