It’s just loosing a screw then fighting to get everything out and back in before tightening it back down. This light is significantly brighter than the OEM. It does have a wider beam which I like, and the high beam has a far narrow beam which isn’t what I’d prefer, but it’s very bright and makes road signs very busy. Seems to be build well with the integrated heat sink also.
