Spring fails every time
The media could not be loaded. I purchased this water tanks replacement 3 separate times thinking somehow i was causing the springs or the plastic clasp that attaches to unit but it wasn’t something i was doing. The right side spring clasp on all three on second usage when attaching back to unit would stop automatically retracting back to hold in position. These tanks suck. One side ends up not securing so it drags and does not clean properly eventually rubbing on unit wheels.Do not buy

Washed floors easy enough!
I used it once, so far so good. The part (water tank and mop) is not authentic to the machine, but definitely fit my Roborock E4 like a glove. Washed floors well, its a general light sweeping wash, i wish the mop had more material to scrub the floor better, but generally good so far.
