What can you say about sheet lead? When you need it there is nothing better. It came rolled into about a 3 inch diameter roll, easily unrolled for use. Wonderfully convenient considering that the local hardware store no longer carries lead sheet. Thank you KRT.

Effectively blocks X-rays based on Geiger counter and pen dosimeter readings. Exactly what I was looking for at a decent price. Not exactly sure what energy level X-rays I'm producing (20kV on stainless target), but I get background levels of radiation on the shielded side of the lead

I love this product. I tried to make thin lead on my own without luck. Also, I can't get lead cheaper.Price worked out to $3.24 a pound. The cheapest lead fishing weights I could find were $4.48 a pound. The thin lead (1/32") is easy to cut and place exactly where I need it.
