In less than a week, using Amazon prime, I was able to get the specific size Medline wheelchair that my doctor ordered.A local supplier of Medline products in Clarksville could not get the same wheelchair in 10 months using my insurance or otherwise.You spread the arms and flatten the seat, sit down and you're ready to go. It could not be easier. When you're finished using the wheelchair just lift on the front and back of the center of the seat, it folds together. Put it in the back of the van, you ready to go. It's very easy to use. It is a little heavy but it has to hold up a lot of weight that's why it's an oversized wheelchair with a 24-in wide seat. The specialty chair was just over $200 delivered. We were able to maneuver this chair around corners and through doors. Once we had to take the foot and leg rest off and it was just a matter of pulling a lever. I am so happy to have this chair. I'm very pleased with Amazon prime and Medline.

Purchased for my uncle, he’s bigger in size (5x). Product did what it’s supposed to do. The item is really sturdy and can be used right out of the box.

Our family bought this for an elderly parent because it had the best ratings as we looked online. It has been a great tool and helps us to get places conveniently. If there is one slight negative, it is heavy and takes us a bit longer to get it and out of our vehicle but it assembles in about 5-10 seconds (including the foot pedals) and folds away just as quickly.Although the heaviness may make it harder to pick up, it makes it SO much easier to push. We have borrowed lighter wheelchairs in the past (or have used different ones at the doctor's offices) and found that because they didn't support the weight of the person in the chair, it was harder to push them along. This terrific wheelchair supports the weight of the person in the chair so it is easy just to push and go.This has been a great value and we have already recommended this wheelchair to several other families. We would definitely buy it again!

Too wide for doorways but nice and wide for fat people. I can't use mine because I need to go from room to room.

When I received the chair it had a cracked rim. Amazon made it right by taking money off the price. I Purchased new rims and my husband installed them. The chair is very heavy. If you have to transport it very much. It would not be the chair for you.It does fold up and down nicely.It has a comfortable nice wide seat.

Wow! Very comfortable and sets up easily. We are in our senior years and the two of us can lift it into the back of our conversion van. It is well worth the price.

This chair will not support 500 lbs . I am 375 lbs and with in 2 weeks of getting this chair the back is so loose it will not support me. Very uncomfortable. Had to go back to my broken drive wheelchair for now...

Sturdy build, smooth ride, excellent brakes, nicely put together; but heavy for a 115 pound 75 year old wife to lift into the car for transport. Thankfully I am willing to ask my super-neighbor for help and thankfully he is willing to accommodate my requests. He lifts it into and out of my hatchback. It has wheels for the ground and another wheel for the rider to move independently from place to place. Good arm exercise!
