This is very easy to use. Can even put them around ankles or attach them to a dog leash. Velcro is easy and sewed on good. Reflects so people can see you.

I bought these reflective strips after my dog and I were almost run over while on a nighttime walk. Though her collar is ‘reflective’ it lacked the luminescence of these strips. I attach one on my wrist and ankle and one onto the leash and collar of the dog and off we go. I also now wear a hiker’s style headlamp at night too.

We have proof these work when a random driver pulled up next to us on our nightly walk and said "You guys are awesome! I could see you from 3 blocks away."My wife and I share these, each getting four bands. We use one on an ankle, one on each wrist, and we added a ribbon with velcro at each end and strap it around our chest with the reflector on our backs. I'm extremely glad to have them and feel safer when wearing them.They are well made and have a convenient storage bag. Great value, Great product.

These are not as thick as many but work well as bike or other activity ankle straps. They have decent Velcro.

I wear these as cuffs on my winter coat for those before dawn and after dusk walks and likely will wear them as armbands in warmer weather. Reflectivity is ideal and as hoped for.

I bought this for my in laws when they walk early in the mornings and itʻs still dark out. The description mentioned "wrist" but it was too big for my wrist. I needs to be worn on the upper part of your arm or your ankle. I wore it above my ankle because it was too big still. I wish the velcro was longer to make it fit better around small arms/ankles.It is reflective though. It does come with 4 sets inside a pouch so Iʻm keeping one for myself and giving the rest to my in laws.
