I'm very pleased with the quality of this tumbler. The blue color I selected is as expected and pretty. The first cup I received unexpectedly did have a very small nick or defect mark in the metal, however, a replacement in perfect condition was sent after I reached out to the seller. I'm excited to give this tumbler to my friend for her b-day gift. Beautiful product and ideal for the cool weather upon us for hot beverages too!

This is good product for giving gift..

I purchased them as gifts for my staff and her husband. They both love the product in term of long lasting temperature, easy to handle and most importantly the close lid to prevent spillage. The customized graphic is a plug. I was afraid it will fade out after a few use, but this is not the case since it is a lasered engraving. That will last with the product’s lifespan.

This is literally PERFECT. Size makes it perfect to hold when driving in your car. The brush cleaner bends at bend of straw if you need it to. It's a breeze to clean. Lid is a snug fit, so you won't spill, whether you drink from cup or drink from straw.I'm so in awe of the job done on personalization. I plan on giving these for gifts, for friends and family. They can use it whether they drink coffee, tea, hot chocolate, or like me that make ice coffee-mocha. This keeps my coffee cold for hours and hours!

I was looking for a personalized tumbler to have something written on the front and the back, this product gave the choices to do so. The actual product was accurate in the chosen styles. Good color selection, and good font choices, though I ordered 4 different colors, not all the fonts were available for each one which was odd. Good customer service because the seller contacted me to confirm the shipping address as I am in a rural area. I have not tested them because they were a gift, however they seem sturdy, solid & the lid seemed to fit well.

Purchase was really simple and a proof was sent before the cup was made so you can verify before it’s printed that it’s what you want. Seller is very responsive and nice.
