They are not intended to be worn with shoes on the inside, so heavy soxs are needed, unless you want them to move around some. I wear size 13 wide but these are size 14 Medium. The heels are not molded into the boots but glued on, in some fashion. This makes me concerned that they will come off easily. My last rubber boots, sold by CLC, literally fell apart after 12 months and being used lightly only ten times. The rubber just disintegrated and split in many places. I'm hoping this won't happen with these boots. Time will tell if they hold up well. I'll update this sometime in the future. At the moment, I'm not enthusiastic about them. ### ⭐⭐ Low Quality, not women's sizing *by M***Y on Reviewed in the United States on January 3, 2013* I usually wear a size 7 1/2 - 8, so I ordered size 8. The boots that came appeared to be men's sizing - close to a men's 9 or 10; I had 3 inches of extra room inside the boot. The construction is poor quality; I anticipate wearing the boots only sporadically for work but would be concerned if I were planning to wear them every day. The heel appears to be simply glued on; I question whether it would hold up to any number of fire scene investigations, which is my intended use. I returned the boots I ordered and will look for something better quality and appropriately sized. ### ⭐⭐ Disappointing *by R***T on Reviewed in the United States on February 10, 2017* Not super high quality. I expected more for the price. Functional, but not something I would recommend or purchase again.
