Doesn’t ad that much more weight to the camera and feels really comfortable. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great cage! *by M***A on December 14, 2020* Great cage for the price!! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good Cage but A Few Flaws to Note *by D***H on September 25, 2021* Good cage, solid quality just like other bigger named rig makers out there but there were just a few things/flaws of note that you might want to consider. One isn’t really a flaw but, I got to mention that this is not a full unibody cage but separate sections screwed together at the corners of the camera. I’ve had no issues with rattles, loosening, drop protection (I’m not going to test that), or part fitment, and this might actually be a positive if you were willing to unscrew just the left side and keep the grip and cold shoe on your camera, but we’ll see if this construction becomes a issue in the future. Second is the fact this unit came with a loose magnet that was meant to hold the included flat head tool to the bottom of the cage. It only took a little dab of super glue to fix but it was a bit of a fiddly process and the strength of the magnetic hold itself is not very confidence inspiring when compared to other cages with similar tools (Smallrig). Finally the most annoying problem with the cage is that it completely blocks the finger rest for the left “drive” ring dial on XT-4 when turned all the way to one side so if you turn it anywhere past “BKT” on the ring the finger rest will be inaccessible under the cage and you will have to awkwardly use your index and thumb to clamp down on the dial and turn it back only using friction, well, that or completely take it out of the cage. That being said, this cage is extremely cheaper in price than it’s counterparts which is something to note when talking about slight problems of fit and feature.
