Review: Good quality - Works great. I’ve had it for 4 years and have only changed the battery once. Very easy to program, and install. Heavy but not so heavy for t feels like it’s pulling against itself to come loose.

One thing to note is that the cards work great, they trigger nearly half an inch from a 3/4" thick wood door, but the fobs barely work, if at all, through the same door.

**Q: Why does this not release when under pressure?**
A: Because it's a lock

**Q: What can I do if I have lost both key cards?**
A: You would have to either remove the door via the hinges or one of the other sides.  When the battery dies the lock remains closed.

**Q: What are the specific dimensions & power requirements for the external power cable? usb to 2.5mm (x 7mm) male? no usb converter in package.**
A: I could be wrong but the other ones that include the usb cable appear to be a 3.5mm headphone jack cable to usb

**Q: How many users can be added?**
A: Hello. 1 admin card and up to 12 guest cards can be set up on this lock kit.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Defaults to lock without power

So I agree with most reviewers. Getting it lined up for install is a trial-and-error effort and I had to install some wood spacers for the male side of the unit because it sits further back than the face frame of the unit. No big deal. I programmed the cards/fobs before installing. The programming was easy per the instructions and the fobs simply don’t have the range that the cards do, but I did figure out after install that I need to hold the fob in place for about 2 seconds and the lock will open. Ok so here’s the CAUTION. I figured that I would leave the battery cover off of unit while installing and getting it lined up. Bad idea. Once it was lined up I closed the drawer a bit too hard and the batteries came loose. The unit defaults to lock without power. I won’t go into details of what it took to get the drawer open - but it was not pretty!! The battery cover is now on! And I am buying the power cord as I do not want to go through that again and I have a power source in the drawer.
