Gamechanger
I ordered this brush on a whim because for $29 I figured what do I have to lose. I have a headful of naturally curly hair that gets bigger and bigger if not straightened. Let me tell you...I went to bed with freshly washed/wet hair and woke up in the morning looking like a wreck. I brushed and separated my hair into smaller sections, used this brush and it came out great. I feel like it is much more gentle then a flatiron which I always used as well as a curling iron.I promise if you buy this you won't be disappointed.

Easy to use, great results!
My hair is pretty thick and the length is half way down my back. After blow drying it, it turns into the frizzy, crazy hair you see in the first picture. I have to curl it or straighten it for it to look presentable. Curling takes me about 20 minutes. I’ve never had much luck with straightening it as it ends up frizzy again when I head out into the god awful humidity in Florida. Even with curling it, I usually loose the curls but at least maintain a certain level of non-frizz ball hair. Most of the time, my hair ends up in a ponytail or bun. This straightening brush popped up as a vine review item and I decided to give it a shot as I’ve never used one before (had always used a standard straightener). Well! I’ve got to say, I’m really impressed with the results! It took under 10 minutes to straighten my hair and was easy to use. The really impressive thing was I went outside about an hour later and it stayed straight, no humidity frizz! I only wash my hair every 3-4 days as it’s kind of dry, I’m on day 3 after washing and straightening and it’s still straight and looks good!I don’t see many of my friends cause of everything going on, but I video chatted with one yesterday (day after straightening) and she said my hair looked awesome!Thinks I like:Heats up pretty fastDigital display that shows brush temperatureEasy to use controlsLong lasting resultsThinks I don’t care for:Straightener is pretty heavySides of the brush get really hot- I bumped the side on my forehead when attempting to round brush my bangs and almost burned my forehead.Speaking of bangs, this brush doesn’t do a good job curdling/round brushing them. I did end up getting out the curling iron to give them some volume.Current price is $35.99 which seems to be a pretty fair price for a hair tool that actually performs.

You get what you pay for
I bought this for simplicity for busy school mornings. My daughter is a diva and wants me to straighten her hair in the mornings. This simplifies the process and makes it go quick. Is it perfect? Not by a long shot. Doing each section of hair individually with a traditional straighter does a better job. But for what it's worth, it smooths the hair out decently and she doesn't complain. She's even been using it herself because she can't burn herself. She's 8 btw. 3 star purchase.

Frizzy hair
It made my long, thick hair super frizzy. I tried on dry hair and it wouldn’t straighten the pieces that were crinkled.

Awesome
It heats up fast, and. It works amazingly well. My sister had 4B type hair and it straightened her hair very fast, while detangling it. Doesn't leave a burned smell on your hair either, is very gentle. I love it!!

Gentle on my hair. Save my time
I have extremely thick, long, curly and frizzy hair. It has always been hard to fully straighten, especially the end of hair shaft where it is so curly. I got this hair straightener brush because I didn't want to spend 30 minutes every 2-3 days using a flat iron straightener to flatten things out. I am still using heat with this brush but I think its much healthier alternative for my hair compared to a traditional straightener. I brush my hair with a regular comb, and use this heated brush over my hair and it does a very great job of taming all the frizzies. I use medium heat setting. It takes 2-3 brushes to straighten my hair. However, the only thing I would say is for the most "done and polished" look, I would use a regular straightener to do the very ends. To me, the brush doesn’t straighten the ends completely; it's tricky to hold on to the ends pulling it all the way through. The instruction booklet tells you what temperature to use based on your specific hair type. It's a little bulky/heavy and does pull out some strands of hair if you try to brush too fast.

Would love to love this brush
I really like how easy this brush is to use! I love that I don’t feel like I’m frying my hair. However it does NOT completely straighten my very wavy hair.

Brush Leaves Hair Frizzy, Not really a straightener
I had high expectations for the hair straightener brush. Unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. For someone who needs to straighten her thick and puffy hair everyday before work, I was hoping the straightener brush (two tools in one) would replace my detangling brush and straightener. However, I spent more time trying to get the brush to straighten my hair than a straightener would. It also left my hair super frizzy and didn’t leave an appealing look. I ended up having to straighten over the mess. It would work best described as a brush to volume up your hair than straighten it. It might work better for people with thin hair but unfortunately the brush did not work for me.
