I bought this about a month ago after seeing all the hype it got on BuzzFeed. I have oily, sensitive, acne-prone skin, and have always been wary of chemical exfoliants-most just tend to irritate my skin and make me break out more. For awhile I did have a cheap bristle-style exfoliation brush (not a clarisonic) and that did great for a few months until I couldn't find replacement brush heads to purchase anywhere, which put me right back in the market for a new brush. The first thing that drew me to the Luna mini 2 was that I'd never need to buy replacement heads. I was a little concerned about the price tag, but I did manage to get a little $ off when Amazon had a coupon to clip on the pearl pink version (the one I have), and reminded myself that the upfront cost would be one-and done since there's no brush heads to buy. And honestly, this brush has been worth every penny! I use it in the evenings (my mornings are a little rushed) with either a liquid African black bar soap or Accure's cleanser. Generally, I use the "oily skin" side (the thicker bristles) of the brush for the full three minutes that it'll stay on at one go (the first minute is (4) 15 second sessions for each cheek, the chin and forehead, but it then stays on for another 2 minutes which I'll normally use to focus on my T-zone) followed my my usual toner and serum. I'll normally use a lower speed 5 evenings a week for a gentle cleansing of oil buildup and try a higher speed twice weekly for a gentle exfoliation. After the first use, my skin felt the smoothest it has ever felt! The only (minor) drawback, was that the first week or 2, I did see a temporary "purge" of gunk from my pores that resulted in a temporary spike in breakouts, which other reviewers have mentioned, but this was thankfully short lived. And now after a nearly a month of use, my skin is more radiant, softer/smoother, breaking out less, and even I'm starting to see a reduction in the size of my huge pores (which no product has ever given me before-so yay!) and a better oil balance in my skin. So for me, the results have taken a little time (and totally been worth the wait!), but the product has totally delivered as promised. Even better, it's done all of this with no irritation to my skin. Needless to say, I'm very pleased with this product and have been recommending it to all of my friends. Thanks Foreo!

I already had super nice skin, and still the FOREO Luna Mini 2 is making it feel and look even healthier. I noticed it after 1 use! I was using a Clarisonic before, and while the Clarisonic does give you a deep clean, it's harsh when compared to this. It strips your oils completely, so that I would have to deeply moisturize every time. Whereas with the Luna MIni 2, it feels more so like it's working with your body, and cleaning it in a balanced manner. My skin now feels supple, smooth and naturally hydrated. If your skin is on the dryer side, like me, you will love it. The Luna Mini 2 just feels more simple and streamlined too, with no brush head to attach. It seems like a minor thing, but I hated having to take the brush off each time and making sure to wipe all the water out of the crevice where the brush goes. Not to mention making sure the brush is clean and properly dried. The silicone on the Luna Mini 2 feels so much cleaner. I hadn't realized how much I was beginning to dislike my face cleansing routine until trying this. Now I look forward to it. A couple things I want to mention. I originally ordered three different devices to compare--the Luna Mini 2 in the colors mint and sunflower yellow, and the Luna Mini 2 PLUS in lavender. Oddly, all three of these devices vibrated at different intensities when I compared them at their max level. All three should have the same 8000 T-Pulse technology with 8 different intensities. I reached out to customer service via email (this is the second thing I wanted to address--several reviews here have said that they received no response after emailing, and I just want to let everyone know that was not the case with me) and had a great customer service experience. The woman I spoke with suspects that one of the devices was faulty (this one vibrated at the lowest frequency), while the other two differed because they came from different batches. She said since this product was released back in 2016, there have been several batches, and devices do differ slightly from batch to batch. Just something to keep in mind. If you're reading through the comments and you're on the fence, you should definitely give it a shot! You can always return it. (You can't on the FOREO website).

I've used and loved Clarisonic, also had purchased the original Luna Mini and hated it (read below for reasons on both if you want). Got the Mini 2 and everything that made be not like the original is fixed. It feels more like massaging than 'deep cleaning' when you compare it to a Clarisonic in use, but it is very effective. (I've used it to get charcoal scrubbed off my hands and arms after drawing and it's the bee's knees). The intensity adjustments are subtle but noticeable. It's also gentle enough to use on active breakouts and on a daily basis. One thing I will say is if you don't thoroughly clean the brush areas after using, any bits from your cleanser or stuff it removed from your skin that are stuck in the bristles have the potential to grow bacteria/mold. I like to give mine a little spritz of alcohol to disinfect it every few days. My issue with the Clarisonic is while it does clean and exfoliate thoroughly, I only use it every few days because more often and my skin get an almost sandy look and feel to it. Also it can be a little rough on active breakouts. I have ripped open cystic blemishes when not careful (gross I know) Original Luna Mini was to be a replacement for my first Clarisonic when it was dying. I wanted to love it. I wouldn't have to replace brush heads or charge it constantly, the brush wouldn't take forever to dry and get germy in the process...but it just didn't do anything helpful.

I really do enjoy this product! When I am using my face wash I use this and love how it feels on my face. For being a mini it is pretty powerful and the quality of it is great for being a mini - which at this time is what I could afford - so great value for the price point! It arrived fully charged and I've used it everyday for a little over a month and it's still charged and performs just as it explains in the description! I am noticing some changes in my skin as it is brighter and feels really good - so perhaps it's making a difference - it's just too early to tell - but I would recommend it just based on how it feels on your skin while using it! A mini facial at home!

This device works great. It's reliable and only needs a charge every 6 months. The silicone feels great and it cleans my skin really well. I like the size and that the back side has thicker bristles and is curved. The only design flaw is that the charge port is not covered by silicone for daily use, so I am a little worried that moisture would damage the device. A better design would have been a charging base similar to those used by sonic toothbrushes where there's no electric connectors exposed. That being said, I had my first Foreo Luna mini 2 for over 6 years and has no issues with it. Sadly I lost it at a hotel. When I needed a replacement I ended up ordering the same model as it seemed better than the newer mini 4 model and looked better than the competitors. I would give 5 stars if the charging system were better, but overall I would recommend this device.

I purchased this since July and not sharing the comment yet as waiting for its results after use. It was amazing device with lots of benefits: 1. My skin was so much cleaner after each use. It gentle clears all dirty as well as oil in my skin after long day work. In the past, I just only use hands to apply cleanser for face washing and it only clean the surface dirt, which totally different with now. I apply toner and moisture afterward and my skin is much brighter and softer at this moment. 2. The silicon brush so soft, and comfortable to use. Easy cleaning and the speed is adjustable. 3. No need to worry about water leaking into this device. Even it was no cap for the plug-in but it was water proof. So it's good even I put it in bathroom without cover/bag/box. 4. 6-month-use and 1-time-recharge only. 5. Convenient to bring it with you during travel: business trip or holidays. So good that I purchased this! Right choice!

Needed to replace my old one I’ve been using for years. Lovely color. My old one in blue is still working fine but some of the bristles started to worn out. This has been my go-to beauty tool for years since this was first introduced to me by an employer at Nordstrom. Love the vibrant color. Works great in getting rid of white and black heads on my oily skin. It cleanses so well and makes my face so smooth. Love it!

i got one for my bday present. and it stopped working after only two months of using it. the product itself is good. i was looking for a face cleaning tool for a while and did some research too. comparing to the clarsonic ones, the foreo caught my eyes because i dont need to replacecthe brush head time to time and also it vibrates instead of rubbing your face. so i told my hubby this was what i wanted for my bday. the product itself is nice. i used it everyday. it did its job and my face felt smooth and clean. however, it stopped working in november, only 2 months after i got it. i guess it has something to do with water though the product claims to be completely waterproof. have to say im little dissapointed. i contacted the customer care for warranty. i was asked to mail it back on my own money. frankly, i expected a better return process than this. anyways, good product, so so quality, and bad customer care. thats why i gave 3 stars

Ich hab die Foreo Luna mini 2 jetzt seit 4 Tagen und ich bin echt begeistert. Als ich sie das erste Mal benutzt hab, dachte ich mir 'wie soll so ein bisschen vibrieren meine Haut verbessern?', aber als ich mein Gesicht direkt danach berührt habe, war ich sehr positiv überrascht. Seitdem benutze ich das Teil meistens 2x täglich und meine Haut fühlt sich einfach nur super an. Außerdem bilde ich mir ein, dass meine Rötungen weniger geworden sind. Also für mich hat sich der Kauf auf jeden Fall gelohnt!

No quería creer que sirviera pero realmente exfolia. Ayuda a desenterrar vellitos sin lastimar. Yo lo uso para lavarme todo el cuerpo, no sólo para la cara y me ha ayudado mucho a suavizar zonas difíciles. Sólo lo he tenido que cargar una vez cuando llegó y lo enjuago en la regadera sin problema. No lo he usado en tina pero no creo que tenga problema. Después de tanto uso, sigue como nuevo. En verdad es útil, tengo la piel de todo el cuerpo suavecita, sin un solo granito y solo usándolo una vez con el baño diario, algo que no había logrado con exfoliantes ni cremas de especialidad. Es fácil de limpiar y de excelente calidad. No creo dejar de usarlo jamás, es una maravilla. Si tienes problemas de piel, ésta es una compra necesaria.
