The K-Type Thermocouple PK-400 is a 37-inch fiberglass-insulated temperature probe capable of measuring extreme temperatures from -320°F to 752°F. Featuring a wire-secured sensor tip and a universal miniature K-Type connector, it offers durable, accurate readings for air, liquid, and surface temperature monitoring, compatible with most digital thermometers.

## Description

This is a reliable thermocouple wire with a K-Type sensor. The sensor is at the tip of a 3ft long wire probe, which has a medium temperature fiberglass insulation, good up to 752 degree Fahrenheit. The fiberglass at the tip is secured with thermocouple wire, not with a plastic shrink tube. It has a miniature type thermocouple connector (2 flat blades) that will work with digital K-type thermometers of many manufacturers. This probe can used to measure air or gas temperatures, non corrosive liquids and it can be attached to pipes or embedded into objects you want to measure. This probe also measures down to the temperature of liquid nitrogen, - 320 F (make sure the electronic thermometer is capable of measuring that low) The thermocouple connector can easily be opened and you can shorten the wire if desired.
