This is one of the best-tasting vegan nutrition protein meal replacement products I’ve tried. I found it when my nutrition team at the hospital recommended it; since then I always request it instead of Boost or Ensure. Got me nutrition is way easier to obtain when it is in a shake, so I love meal replacements for one meal and a snack. Kate Farms is my go to, when I can budget for it. I can feel a difference in my body, and see a difference in my skin and hair from the nutrition content I receive in Kate Farms versus other similar brands available in stores. It has a very neutral smell and a fresh, smooth taste, which is hard to find. The consistency is mild and smooth—not too thick—which makes it easy to drink and digest. It’s very filling, and the protein content is solid, so it actually keeps me satisfied. While the price is a bit high, the quality makes it worth it. I was also impressed with the speed of delivery, which was fast and reliable. Overall, great taste, no strong odor, smooth consistency, and high protein—definitely recommend for anyone looking for a meal replacement, snack or any nutrition supplement that is dairy gluten allergen and vegan, tasty and nutritious. Great product. Make it taste better by putting it in the fridge and when cold, blending it with frozen strawberries. Delicious that way. Btw always pour liquids that come in opaque containers into a clear glass before consuming. That way you can always tell if there’s something wrong with the bottle before drinking, and you can tell if there’s something foreign or wrong with the liquid itself. I read a review from someone who drank straight from the bottle and their bottle had been punctured and drink expired.

Read the reviews before buying, some say it has a chalky after taste. I don't agree with it, guess it really depends on the person & their taste buds. I really like it, fills me up. Just wish it wasn't so expensive for 6 containers, that may be the only thing to keep me from reordering

Pleasantly surprised! These shakes are EXCELLENT, far better than I could have imagined. No chalky flavor, the texture and thickness are not a deterrent; as they’ve perfected the tricky balance.

Ok, but just too sweet for me

Kate Farms Milk is very good if you are allergic to dairy products. I have used this many times due to low appetite during chemo treatments. It is a little pricey because it is non- dairy like all other non-dairy products. It is good and smooth and very filling. So you will get full with half. I used in cereal and protein shakes. I like Vanilla better than Chocolate. Chocolate may make a good hot chocolate beverage with a little cinnamon, protein powder and marshmallows. Uuumm..excuse me I need to try this. Kyb

I'm a vegan, I liked it. In the first few sips of a non-refrigerated drink, I could taste a little bit of non-chocolate things that were maybe a bit weird. But I didn't get any cardboard and of course there's no artificial sweetener in this one. It wasn't too thick, it wasn't gritty or chalky. It was a nice middle-chocolate flavor, not real dark, not real light. The flavor of the other things faded after a few sips for me. I can't really comment on how filling the shake is or how long it keeps you full, because I drank this first one right after lunch. I can say the timing was a total mistake, having a regular full lunch plus water plus the drink made me very full. Four stars from me. My child is not vegan, I bought it primarily for them to try because they have ARFID and have a rough time getting enough vitamins and fiber. They like ordinary cow-based chocolate milk and their doc suggested more protein, so we're trying various chocolate nutrition shakes to see which one they find most palatable. This one was not it for them. They could immediately taste the vegetables/tea, and there was enough bitterness to make the drink unpleasant even though it'd been refrigerated. It was specifically that bitter flavor that turned them off. So this one is not the magic for my child, but I'll keep these for myself or maybe my spouse until we finish them. No points off for my child not liking the flavor, ARFID does that, not the food.
