I’ve been using them for almost 2 months now and bought another pack because they work for me.What I like especially about these is the fact that they are already in tablet form and so there’s no messing about trying to guess the right amount like when taking it as a paste.The taste is strange but not in a bad way - just different, like earthy.I take one a day with a glass of water just after eating and that’s it.Due to my age and a few health issues I have very low energy and usually would feel exhausted most of the time but the easy to take tablets really help and I get more out of my day instead of needing to sleep on and off during the day.This is a genuine review.

gave me a slight energy boost and suppressed my appetite but it gives me diarrhea so i dread taking it. i would recommend this only for people with stronger digestive systems

Regular use for some time but did not see any effects or help any pain relief.

Bought my husband these to improve his sperm count, movement, morphology etc and so far he’s seen a great increase. He’s carried on taking them and has another review soon to see further improvements. A much preferred natural route vs the GPs immediate recommendation just have IFV with ICSI!

Didn’t do anything for me very disappointed

I have rheumatoid arthritis, RA. On the first day of taking this product, by early afternoon, I had not felt so supple in my hands, for months. A few years ago, I had a heavy impact fall on my left shoulder, and with the onset of the RA my shouder was always in pain, not any more. I try anything once, nothing ventured, nothing gained. It is early days yet, but from my initial feelings, I think this product will make a great difference to my way of life.
