Beautiful product, not the service
This stand was beautiful but our plans changed and we were not going to be using it anymore so I submitted it for return. The return process was a pain compared to any other product that I've ever returned. Then to make it worse, I had to pay shipping to receive it and then also to return it, which means I did not receive my full refund. They took off about $10 which is ridiculous! That makes me not want to do business with this company/vendor again.
