No customer support Cannot return the product once purchased As soon as i plugged into the socket, smoke started coming out of the filament. No support and no return. Do not buy this product. You wont be able to use it.

Not 1000w tubes. It's a scam in that department.
The actual light unit is good but the tube is NOT 1000 watt. The seller is scamming people with wrong info. It's not a 1000 watt tube. But you can buy a 1000w tube in the market later. This is a good start. These tubes blow up every 2 shoots anyway. So it doesn't matter that much. But the misinformation is why only 3 stars.
