Calvin Klein Women's Chevron Quilted Packable Down Jacket (Standard and Plus)

I got this jacket dec 2018 so almost 4 years ago. It has been my main jacket since getting it and has held up amazingly well- still looks brand new. I’m 5’1” and 135 lbs, the large is roomy but that’s how I like it. I’ve worn this postpartum and through a second pregnancy. It’s amazing and I’m patiently waiting for it to give out so I can get a different color

It packs away small enough to fit in larger purse when the weather changes from day to night. Handy. Flattering for a plus size person. Fit well. Expensive for a lighter warmth puffy. It didnt bother me enough to return.

Ordered this in an XL. I was looking for an extremely lightweight mid length puffy to pack on trips in the event of a change in weather. It arrived as scheduled from Amazon (helps to live about 5 miles from a distribution center) I also ordered the companion one that has the hood. I chose to keep the NO hood because I already have too many long coats with hoods for cold weather and sent back this hooded one. Although it is just as nice and lightweight. I am a 38C up top and a 12/14 below. I am short at 5'4" and I tend to like things fitted but not snug. This coat fits the bill. It is roomy. Plenty of room for a sweater underneath. Pros: very lightweight and fits looser than I expected. nice looking. I like the diagonal lines of the quilting. Cons: Zippers are low quality. very low quality. How much can YKK zippers really cost? I anticipate swapping them out soon. NO zippers on the pockets and NO inside pockets. The wrists have no elastic so there is a draft if that is a concern. I sincerely doubt it would keep me warm at 32degrees but it might if I were moving around a lot. Overall, it is exactly what I was looking for in a packable lightweight somewhat attractive good looking black down puffy mid length coat. Perfect for plane, train and automobile rides because I tend to get chilled sitting still.

This coat is beautiful, fits well, and is as warm as my old heavy coat. The fabric is shiny and soft. The coat has no hood - I don't like hoods. I prefer a two-way zipper and this coat doesn't have one, but I knew that when I ordered it. I wasn't being careful once and the zipper split from the bottom - that's on me, I knew this type of zipper tends to do that. The coat lays pretty well when sitting despite not having the two way zipper. The collar is down filled and doesn't lay down when the coat is partially unzipped. No stars off for that, it's soft and the corners poking my face don't bother me. Pet hair and lint don't stick to this shiny fabric. The light blue color is really pretty. I love this coat.Update: the zipper gets stuck a lot. I’ve started being super careful when zipping up because I still love this coat.

This is my new favorite coat for late fall/early winter.I ordered this coat to replace my packable down jacket that got chewed up in the washing machine. There are so many things I like about this jacket.1. The length is nice. Covers the tush. The arm length is great also.2. The Chevron pattern is nice.3. This jacket is pretty warm. I tend to run cold.....all the time. This jacket kept me warm in 20° weather with wind chill with myunder armour swacket underneath. (I use public transportation to get around the city, so I need something to keep me warm)4. No problems with the zipper5. The packable-ness. Late fall/early winter can have freezing cold mornings and warmer afternoons/evenings. I love I can toss the jacket in my backpack later in the dayWHAT COULD BE IMPROVED1. Zippers on the pockets would be nice.2. An addition of a hood would make this jacket perfect.Overall, this is a fabulous coat. Enough room to wear a layer or two underneath without looking boxy or bulky.If you are in the fence about this jacket and the lack of a hood is not a deal breaker, if say buy it!!!!! I'm a coat junkie. I have a closet full of coats for the various nuisance in the weather. This jacket has served me well for multiple weather scenarios.Bottom line:. Highly recommend. (Oh...I did get this jacket when it went on sale....so extra ++)

The titanium color is a beautiful shade of gray, a little darker than in the photo, and I love that it’s not shiny like many down coats. It’s also a flattering design and not bulky. I don’t expect it to keep me warm for extended time outdoors in sub-freezing temps, but i don’t plan to use it that way. My only disappointment is that a coat of this length should have a double zipper.

I was not sure what size to get because I am 5 ft 9 and about 170 lbs with a 44D chest. I went with a 1X.. I am glad I did because I can wear layers underneath it. I live in Florida so don't need a heavy coat just one for some of our chilly days and nights. This coat is VERY light weight and still warm. I went with the Titanium color and really like it, was going to get black but black is black and this will go with anything also, so it is a good color. The coat is very flattering the way it is ribbed in the back. So yep I highly recommend this coat and believe you will not be disappointed. I looked at SO many coats.

This is a thin and surprisingly warm coat. I love the chevron stitching, that helps make this flattering instead of making me look like the abominable snowman when worn! I out it in to do some outside decorating and my boyfriend immediately told me how cute I looked in this coat.

El diseño está muy lindo, es ultra ligera y el tamaño perfecto! Mido 1.57 me llega justo arriba de la rodilla, pedí xs porq leí que las Tallas vienen reducidas y si, soy talla 4. Me encanto a ver que tal me cubre de frío en Europa 😁

The "mushroom" colour is actually taupe. The inside of the garment, which is not a real lining, is a stark scarlet, which I find quite repulsive when paired with taupe. Coat is 34 inches long (knee length for me), size is about right for a Small, except that the hip area is a very close fit even though I'm quite small in that region. Label says it's down-filled and suitable for -8 degrees Fahrenheit (-13 degrees Celsius). I wore the coat on a day when the temperature was positive 8 degrees Celsius and found it to be sufficiently warm but not overly warm. I won't be wearing the coat in near zero temperatures, even with a sweater inside. Overall, I'm not very excited with it, but will keep it because I bought at an incredibly low price, because it bears the Calvin Klein label, and because it is almost weightless and would be easy to pack into luggage. One final observation is that the material has been described as garbage bag material. That is quite unkind since the coat is designed to be packed into a miniscule bundle and the material is as expected. But I would avoid black colour or the garbage bag green colour.

La chamarra es perfecta.Cubre el frío (aunque no súper intenso)Es muy liviana y si deseas guardarla muy ergonómica (cabe en el bolso)Sólo consideren que son tallas ligeramente amplias, pedi XS y me queda suelta. Asi que es ideal para usar un suéter grueso debajo (a mi eso me agradó).

Ich habe mir mehr erhofft von dieser Jacke und der Marke.Die Jacke wirkt recht billig und hat keine besonderen Features. Keine Innentaschen, keine Reißverschlüsse an den Taschen oder sonstigen Komfort. Dafür ist sie wirklich leicht!Sie war mir etwas zu lang. Ich bin nur 160 cm groß und ich hätte sie gern rund 20 cm kürzer gehabt, damit sie an der richtigen Stelle am Oberschenkel endet. So sah es leider etwas "reingeschossen" aus. Vorteil: Dadurch das sie länger ist, hält sie natürlich auch wärmer!Nun aber zum Umtauschgrund: Die Jacke verliert Federn und das nicht zu knapp. Ich hatte sie nur einmal einen Tag an und habe nicht nur an meinem Pullover unter der Jacke ohne Ende Federn gehabt (was recht unangenehm war, weil ich in einem Meeting aussah wie eine gerupfte Gans...) sondern auch den kompletten Autositz voller Federn. Das darf wirklich nciht sein! Vor allem nicht bei dem Preis! Da habe ich mir echt besseres drunter vorgestellt. Eine Freundin hat sich eine ähnliche Jacke in einem Discounter für geerade mal 25 € gekauft und sie verliert keine Federn und hat mehr Komfort. Der Wärmegrad ist ähnlich...Absolut nicht empfehlenswert leider...

I ordered the short jacket of this style in an XL and it is super tight on bust and hip. I decided to order a longer version and I am so glad I didn't go larger than 1X. The difference between the XL in regular sizes (I usually wear a L and sometimes an XL in regular sizes of Calvin Klein). The short jacket skimpiness in sizing spooked me. I wear the short one open now like a sweater and hope I lose weight. Okay now to the 1X in the Coat version. It is very room, very very loose through shoulders and bust, and fits just right through the hip. Wish it was a double zipper for sitting in the car, that is a minus Calvin Klein, at price point, it should have a double zipper. I am going to be able to super layer and wear bulky sweaters under the parka coat in the 1X. The jump in roominess between and XL in regular sizes to a 1X is astonishing. Thank heavens I took a chance on the 1X, because based on the XL in the shorter jacket (reg sizing) I was looking at buying a 3X. But they are really nice jacket and coat with the exception of the double zipper on the coat parka. Most parkas this length have double zippers for sitting.
