I'm addicted to these. I can't find them in any stores. I'm so grateful I can buy them here for a reasonable price. They taste great.

These crumpets are lovely - expensive but lovely. However, this is now the second time my order has arrived and one of the crumpet packets has been moldy and inedible. So disappointing, especially as there is a ZERO return or refund policy. So now I’ve paid for the moldy, inedible goods and have no recompense. It’s really not ok. Buyers beware!!!

I was genuinely looking forward to enjoying these crumpets since this treat is hard to find in the local groceries. It was a positive sign that these three 8-packs of crumpets arrived on time in undamaged packaging. However, I noticed through the clear wrap of each 8-pack that the crumpets were crumbling and yet there was condensation on the inside. I believe they may have been frozen and unfrozen, possibly multiple times. I tried crumpets from the best of the three 8-packs and unfortunately they tasted as bad as they looked. These are inedible. Since these are factors over which the seller had complete control, I can only assume that it is likely that other purchasers may have a similarly disappointing experience. Save yourself the trouble and find a good source of good crumpets.

If you can find crumpets in your local grocery store get them there. But if you're like me and that's not an option, these were OK. I got the 3 pack so 24 in total. They arrived fine, i didn't have the moldy problems others have reported. I did stick 2 of the packs in the freezer though when they arrived only kept 1 pack in the refrigerator. Taste wise they were pretty bland. Putting them in the toaster at max time settings they would not be as crispy as i wanted, put them in for some more and finally came out crispy. I don't for for a fact but i think these might be full of 'stuff' to keep them from spoiling through their long long journey from source to your house. Like i say, if you have them in your local grocer, get them there is what i'd recommend.

The crumpets are very good with just the right balance of crispness and softness.
