This is the Best CoQ10 Supplement
I've done my research, and this is the highest quality, most bio available option for CoQ10. If you are looking to improve fertility, CoQ10 is perhaps the most important supplement aside from a good prenatal that you can possibly take. It's expensive, but worth it if the result is better health, vitality, and greater fertility. Small size and no taste; they have a smooth texture and go down with no issue.

They say vitamin d can help thyroid issues and since I don’t always remember to take a multivitamin, this is very convenient and easy to take and I believe effective.

These Work for Fertility!!!
I got these off the recommendation from the book It Starts With the Egg due to my age. I take 4 per day, and in just the first month of taking them, they delayed my ovulation and period - which is a good thing!!!! I was ovulating on days 8-10 (which is too early) and had 26 day cycles, but this month I ovulated on day 13 and had a 31 day cycle! It’s doing exactly what I want it to - and fast!

Quality CoQ10
Before we got pregnant with our first we researched quality CoQ10 and found this brand. After trying for a few months, we started taking these and conceived soon after. After trying for months for our second we went back to taking these and again conceived. They are pricey, but we found that the quality was worth it for us. Added bonus, these are very small and easy to take!

Heard it from a hgood source
I am into New Age health tactics, CoQ10 has been around and is effective. The concept with this product is that it is really the most effective, readily available version of CoQ10 . there is real science to support that and I will let you do your own homework. This product absorbs incredibly well and is a high quality CoQ10. I am personally, willing to pay for that. I do take cheaper supplements where appropriate. For instance, you can get cheap Colostrum that is good but with CoQ10, you need this product.
