SECOND UPDATE ..........Ok after giving this a one star review because it started coming apart , I re sewed the one inch seam and since then it been a great pillow , no signs of coming apart anywhere after two months !..UPDATED!.....Received this pillow on March 6 -Today is Match 20 ....14 DAYS!....ITS ALREADY COMING APART !!... DO NOT BUY THIS !!!....Great pillow for lower back and neck !....just what I wanted !... After reading reviews , some said it was too hard , I was looking for a firm pillow and this didn’t disappoint !.... I use it everyday while sitting for added support behind my chair , use it while sleeping, place it on a soft pillow then lay my neck on it , use it between my knees to take pressure off my back , great for neck support while doing floor exercises..... I’m 6’ 215 lbs. ... now maybe if your like a small frame , 100 lbs person, yeah probably going to be too firm .

I use this to support my shoulder and it’s the best shape, size I have ever had. For your neck and knees and for a snuggle to use is just the best.

Ok so the pillow is beautiful.....thats about it. The stiffness is in bearable. So we decided to open it and take some stuffing out......what we found was awful. There was literally little animal bones in the stuffing. Not happy at all. Will never order from seller again.
