This book is educational, well-written and informative.

I don't review my text books often because what does it really matter? I'm being forced to rent or buy them. However I will stop to say that this was a good read. If any professors are reading this review, then maybe it will help them decide what book to use for their course. As a student, I read every single chapter in this book cover to cover and I enjoyed it. I appreciate when a book is well written with great supporting pictures and interesting case studies. This book had all of the things that will keep a person interested in what they are reading.

Rented this book for Anthropology class. Looks just like a used book. Useful to complete work.

Best price & Great condition for a used book.

My 17 year old loves the book and doesn’t want to return the rental. I will be buying a used copy from Amazon, assuming I can find one.

I am using this for my online class, it is used, that doesn’t matter to me because I am a college student and I’d rather have used than pay more for new!

I saved $20 renting through Amazon! What's to like about a college book, it's a necessary evil towards a brighter future. Got an A while saving $20 doing it. What's not to like about that?
