Goot means good, and it's no lie
I don't know what makes Goot wick great, but it is. It just works better. It's pliable, transfers heat nicely, and combined with a drop of flux, absorbs solder like mad. It doesn't seem to fray under the iron like lesser braids.ETA: I went to buy more and the price has been hiked to obscene levels. The product is still awesome, but not at the price that it's listed at as of this edit.
