Great product for the price. Had some complications with the glass breaking during shipping, but the seller was quick to reply and resolve. They asked minimal question and only required photos for evidence. They provided me with multiple options to resolve the issue at my own convenience, and were incredibly easy to work with. Things happen sometimes, and I will definitely buy from them again.The furniture itself is very high quality for the price point. It definitely doesn't compare to a $3,000 set of patio furniture, but it is honestly a lot nicer than I expected it to be. Definitely durable, looks great, and it has really transformed our deck for the summer. I would highly recommend this if your are looking for something nice on a budget.

We love this patio set! First, it was very easy to put together if you follow the directions. A lot of reviewers seem to have had trouble, but we were able to put it together pretty easily in a couple of hours by following the directions.The only annoying part is that the top cushions do not stay up, no matter what you do. The bottom ones have the hooks to stay attached, but the top ones are loose which is really annoying. We tried velcro, but it would not stick to the fabric. We're looking into other ways to make them stay up. This is the only reason I bumped it down to 4 stars instead of 5.The bottom cushions do hold water if it rains hard, but that problem is easily solved by putting a $30 patio furniture cover over it. Plus a furniture cover helps keep cushions from fading color or blowing away!Overall, we really love this furniture set. It's comfortable and so versatile in the ways you can arrange it. We get compliments on it every time someone comes over. For the price point, I would 100% recommend purchasing.

Firstly don't read every review, assembly is NOT that difficult and did it all by myself. Arrangement gives plenty of choices how you want it to sit. Cushions seem sturdy, back of couch originally seems low but try it as it seems to work and also seems to follow may store sold units today.Total surprise, friend has exactly the same set in different color and both agree of its value for money. And they entertain far more than we do. Ours seem to be grandkid friendly as they haven't terrorized it yet so there's a win.

Okay. So we've had these for more than 6 months now. We live in Los Angeles, where they're in direct sunlight every day. Generally speaking, for the price, these are pretty decent. They're definitely not going to last forever, but I'm hoping we'll get a couple years out of them. Lemme go through some pros and cons:Pros:- Price for what you get- Really provide a ton of seating space- Washable cushion covers are key.- Awesome sectional setup where you can make lots of different seating arrangement styles.- Aesthetically pretty nice, again considering what you're paying.Cons:- The paper-like lining holding the foam within the cushions disinegrates over time, creating a huge mess when you remove the cushion covers for washing and also makes the foam itself harder to manage going forward when taking the covers on-and-off.- The glass top for the table acts as a sort of magnifying glass in the heat, I think, and the plastic-wicker disintegrates, leaving just the frame over time and hot summer sun. So the table remains functional, but loses aesthetic value and creates a mess.- The red cushions fade tremendously over time, and they take in water, which makes them weird. We ended up throwing them away recently (after about 6 months).- The back cushions don't stay put. I thought about getting some velcro to keep them in place, but I worried that ultimate the sun would screw that up too - and the velco probably wouldn't last in the washing machine when we wash the covers.- Generally, these aren't particularly high-quality chairs. But they do the job, and you can't expect much more for the price.- Not a cinch to put together, but if you have some experience assembling furniture (I have a lot) then you'll figure it out.- The material is nylon-like, which doesn't make them super comfortable or breathable. But again, for outdoor furniture and durability, the material probably makes sense.

Arrived on time and wasn't difficult to assemble. It took 2 of us about 1.5hrs. It was missing some parts (the feet & clips to hold the individual sectional chairs together). Customer service was fabulous! I contacted the seller & they promptly resolved the problem. This sectional is well made, especially for the price. The plastic rattan is thick, and to me, appears to be exactly the same as other brands that are 4x's the price. The cushions have zippered removable covers for washing & there are elastic loop & toggles to hold the cushions in place. They are a tad on the thin side, but they are still comfortable & with some added toss pillows, it's just perfect. It also has a very low profile, which is great because it doesn't block views out of my windows. I am using this in an indoor sunroom, but, I do think it would be fine outside if properly cared for. (It does state in the directions to remove the glass or cover the table from direct sunlight when not in use because it could melt the table rattan) I did have to make my own feet, which I chose to make a little taller ( I cut a 4x4 into 2.5" chunks & stained them gray). The ones that would've been included are 1" so my set sits up a little higher. Overall, it's a great set for this price & I would definitely recommend it!!

For the price, this is really good. It’s not necessarily the greatest patio furniture, but if you’re only having people over occasionally, it is great for the price and looks nice. The white cushions look slightly yellowed. It came in 3 large/heavy boxes when shipped, required 2 people to lift the boxes inside. If you have just one person you could open the box and bring the pieces in one at a time to make it easier. All cushions and pillows came wrapped in plastic and it came with tools for assembly

Came quickly. In fact the company expedited the delivery for me as it was an anniversary present and I left to the last minute.Took 30 minutes to figure out what the instructions were trying to say, why do companies still use sketches when they can include photo's now? Ended up watching a YouTube video that helped clarify.Putting together is like IKEA, but they included a perfect ratchet that takes a hex bit to use instead of included Allen key.. Great thing. I will always keep this. Saved me at least an hour plus.the wasted 30 minutes and then the video...took me 2 hours give or take 10 minutes to assemble.WithLooks sharp. Bright and clean out of box obviously. But cleans up well since then.They actually included the red throw pillows from the photo, which I did not realize when I ordered. Just a nice touch and gives a bit of contrast.My wife was / still is happy and loves this set.I did alot of comparison between sets and prices. This set ( White ) is best value for the money out there in size and comfort. There are more expensive sets that look identical to this in every way. You will not go wrong with this set.Why only 4 stars? They do give a way to attach the seat and back cushion together, but they still move around a little. The big thing, I would have thought there was a way to attach the bases together once you have arranged in the configuration you like.Bought a great tent from this supplier as well. 10 x 20. Went together easy and without being confusing. But the centre supports are bent / do not support. Hoping the customer service is as good as when I ordered the patio set.

The bases are ok but the cushions are horrible new cushions are definitely a must not very comfortable

This product came super fast. I ordered it late Wednesday night and it was here Friday of the same week. Originally ordered it as it seemed to be the best price for the size I could find. Everything came in 3 boxes which were easy to assemble with 2 people. I love the glass coffee table. We had the family hanging out on it this weekend and everyone was comfortable. I did get a cover for it at the same time as other reviews mentioned it can easily wear with weather. Hopefully will last the whole summer without any damages.

This item looks great in the picture. The advertisement show its easy to assemble and it will with stand any weather condition. But all is a totally false except for one thing it’s beautiful to look at. However the rest not true. It was difficult to put together and very uncomfortable to sit on. Arrived with chip on it . The seller asked me to take off negative review and they will give me back $250, I agreed as I knew that I would need to purchase new seating. After heavy rain and heavy winds the seats were soak right threw and stains left the blown leafs made me realized I had to write this review. The bottom line is it was an impulse purchase. I do regret it more than any purchase I have done.
