Defective product
Defective item. The audio quality is extremely poor. There is harshness and coarse sound even indoors, in a spacious room without any echo. The product is damaged. Already tried all the troubleshooting steps and even referred to tutorials on YT for the same. The problem lies with the product. Above that, the return/refund/replacement option won't even work. It keeps redirecting to the troubleshooting guidelines. How pathetic! So disappointing

Works great on Samsung if you use Open Camera app!
Great value for money, but tricky for Samsung users. Note that OTG is by default turned on for most Samsung phones, so you won't find a setting for it. However, the default Samsung camera app will not pick up external audio devices. To fix this, simply download the "Open Camera" app, go to Video Settings > Audio Source, and select "External Mic." Once I did that, the audio was clear and connected instantly. Don't return it—just change the app!

Absolutely worst quality. Do not buy.
Sound Quality is so bad I've used it for 20 seconds of voice recording and packed it immediately back for return. The reviews are probably for another product or the quality has been degraded severely. Connectivity was also not good. Do not buy. You'll be squarely disappointed.

Waste of money
Mic is not at all working properly.Lot of noise & hoarsness in mic even in indoors. Not able to return the item waste of money. Don't bye

Worst product ever. Don't waste your money
Worst product. Mic ain't working. Echoing sound and disturbances. The sound quality is terrible . But some other mic guys. Connectivity, compatibility, everything worst!!!!!!!!
