This product is often used by my acupuncturist following lower back treatments. For me, the patches prolong the benefits of treatment. She always qualifies that some people have skin reactions if left on too long, but I am able to use the patches for hours on end (usually overnight) without any skin problems. I apply the patches whenever lower back pain flares in lieu of taking ibuprofen, etc. The smell is much more subtle than other non-herbal patches on the market, so I can wear it all day without offending others. I am grateful for the pain relief these patches provide.

My husband has morning back pain and I occasionally have morning all over pain. So, these get a lot of use at our house and they work. It's a great size for backs too. I sometimes use it on my shoulder and if I need it on my neck or a smaller area they are easy to trim off a strip. Just don't get it stuck in your hair. LOL Ouch!

I was a chiropractor for over 20 years and I've tried all of the different pain patches and this one is by far the best on the market. I bought a pack of 10 because they are such high-quality and really do the job. They are more than to simply a counter irritation like many of them, they actually reduce pain.
