Perfect solution for me
I lost my hair through chemo and am currently growing it back. In the mean time I prefer to wear a wig, but was hesitant to use anything to secure it for fear of pulling out my new hair growth. Well, I’m happy to report that this tape fits the bill. It is very sticky and keeps my wig very securely. I use a wig cap to avoid any direct tape to hair contact in my forehead but must apply the tape directally to my scalp above my ears. Here’s the secret to removing the tape...pull slowly in the direction of your hair growth and use your other hand to hold your hair down as you pull the tape up.

Perfect for Cosplay!
I originally bought this tape to use with one of my lacefront wigs, but honestly it’s perfect for all wigs! It’s great for hiding sideburn gaps — just cut one of the strips in half at the middle backing line, stick them just below where your ear tabs sit on your face with the curved sides closest to your ears, and lightly press the sideburns of your wig into the tape.I’m not joking when I say I have EXTREMELY sensitive skin — almost all medical tapes (including ones used in hospitals) leave terrible, raised red marks for DAYS and even some products specifically for sensitive skin cause me significant irritation. I’m happy to report that in the nearly three years I’ve been using this tape I’ve never had a single issue! It sticks when you need it to, but it’s never a problem when it comes time to remove and doesn't leave residue. It works all day at conventions and events regardless of how hot they are — I’ve never had to retape or repress anything! Even when I use it for wig gaps, it doesn’t pull out hairs from my wigs, which I’m beyond pleased about!(Pro-tip: I’ve also used small pieces to tape down leather belt ends, keep laces in place, stop straps and necklines from slipping, make quick costume repairs…honestly, it’s a godsend for photoshoots and works for so, SO much more than just wigs!)A box of these lasts me a while, and the price just can’t be beat for the quality. I keep a few strips in my makeup bag at conventions just in case my friends have a wig emergency and I recommend it to anyone who asks what I use!

The tape is literally just there when you put it on after like 4 minutes it starts to rise up
It’s okay I guess, I used this tape on client to keep from using glue but still had to use glue as well, I don’t think any adhesive holds the sides of units or frontals in the beginning anyway. The tape is literally just there when you put it on after like 4 minutes it starts to rise up. It was so bad I had to tell my client to put a scarf over her unit when she got home. So as far as applying in the beginning i’D give it a 3 star just because some places held and some places didn’t, I’m not sure of how the tape is doing on my client now but applying it was sucking. And the tabs are also hard to tear off

I tried glue and it just wasn't holding how I wanted it to so after seeing good reviews on this tape decided to buy it and ...
WOW.. this tape really holds!!So after years of store bought weave ,, I finally decided to invest in a lace wig to save time and of course money and I wanted to make sure that the wig was secure on my head because i didn't want to leave any hair out . Let me say this tape really does what it says its going to do. I tried glue and it just wasn't holding how I wanted it to so after seeing good reviews on this tape decided to buy it and glad I did .. so far it holds and it feels secure. Right after application of the unit i was able to comb threw the hair. In terms of shine it does have little shine to it .. but personally it isnt a problem for me because my unit has baby hair and it basically covers it.... my biggest concern was having a good product that holds the unit to my head. So far i'm impressed so I'll see what the rest of the week brings but I'm pretty confident in the tape cause it hold good so far. *thumbs up*

Definitely buying this again
This was my first time buying/trying wig tape. A lot of friends had said that wig tape was super annoying and fiddly, but I decided to try this because it seems convenient and a good price. It arrived in about a week, and I tried it immediately. I like that the strips are curved and conveniently pre-cut. I followed the online tutorials which said to thoroughly cleanse the forehead area with alcohol, apply the strip to skin, peel off the plastic, then pull the wig lace over and press it down on the tape. It took a bit of practice, but eventually I got the hang of it and my wig stays on for hours with no problem. Removing is completely painless and does not leave residue or pull out any of my actual hairs. I'm definitely buying this again when I've used up this box.

Adhesive too thick!
It's sticks really good for about 3 days. The problem is that it's thick. Most lace tapes are all thin adhesive when you remove the paper strips but with these, the adhesive was so thick, it leaves a small gap between the lace and your skin. I'll just stick to Bold Hold Lace glue (pun intended 😛)

stays on long, low residue!
My daughter has Alopecia I have been looking for a cheap tape that is strong, this tape is strong with, no left over residue, I don't keep my daughters wig on for more than two days at a time shes only 6(but I'm certain it would stick for much longer if you prefer.) She is a 1st grader that gets hot, sweats, plays hard, and the tape doesn't loosen at all, nor irritate her skin. and causes her no pain when removed. it is strong so i would suggest using a protective tape first to protect the matrix of your wig.

Four Stars
Good but cost way to much, the real price should be like 10$
