B12 + Patches

I've used these patches for 18ms now. I had gastric bypass and struggle to absorb b12, iron and several other vitamin through oral vitamins and from food. After trying a few different versions of b12 oral spray, drops, tablets and then a few brands of patches these have been consistently affordable and I have subscribed to them monthly I know the mg I need daily will be more than others due to bypass, so I usually wear 2 at a time and I usually use 2 every few days. I tend to also leave them on longer than 24 hours If I can. These have been perfect in terms of the fabric they are made of is soft, they are very small so don't tend to catch on any clothing that might pass over, and the adhesive is just right doesn't leave to much residue (I have tried loads of different types of vitamin and detox patches and even plasters lol and some of the sticky adhesive residue left behind is gross!) Bad points.. Every single inside sealed silver pack. Is to small for the 8 patch strip. No matter how much you try to wiggle the silver outer bag from the internal patch slip if you try to tear to open the pack..you will rip the top off the backing paper, and typically the1st patch gets damaged in the tear... that damaged patch doesn't stick right then. So I try to use a scissors now and cut way above the indented tear here location. 2nd bad point.. The 8 patches aren't in a resealable pouch and if wearing correctly 8 weeks is a long time not sealed 3rd bad point.. I wear around belly button area..tried other areas suggested on similar patches, this pack says just to put on apply to clean, dry hairless,area of skin. Rub/scratch the patch to make sure it's stuck.. but for me, they seems to not stay on any other area. 4th point.. Don't get wet at all or it come straight off Had bloods tested 3 weeks ago..and I'm really pleased with the b12 levels are normal! So I've held off reviewing these as I had been using different products last time to know it was the patches or not..but yep..they do work.

I was very deficient, I have had blood tests. I can confirm these DO work. I will still need injections. But after im topped up I can keep afloat on these patches. I take one a day most days and im still showing as deficient. However I was massively deficient and the blood tests show a significant improvement I have told others and I have sent some to Australia 🇦🇺 My friend who has b12 deficiency I have given the link to, she also buys this aswell now. People who don't feel any differently are people who probably aren't deficient in b12 or iron or folate. It doesn't give you extra umph if you're not deficient Side note Some of the packs don't stick well, some of them stick well. Totaly useless plasters roll over sticking together very bad design fit for the rubbish bin

I started using these in between my 12 weekly injections and I do feel less fatigued. It stayed on in the shower which I was surprised at. Sometimes I get a whiff of a vitamin smell from them but that is only now and again. Also pleased that they contain folic acid as it means i can stop taking this orally.

Long story alert: For years I have been feeling on and off lathargic, weak/heavy muscles and tingling sensation in hand - I was diagnosed with anaemia as a teenager but doctors always said blood test is all okay but I never really questioned them. I met a friend a few years ago who has B12 injections and queried a bit more about her symptoms and they sounded similar to mine. Got my blood tests whilst on holiday (parents live abroad) and my B12 levels was 257 (in UK they do not consider this low unless 200 and under) the doctor from abroad did state I would require B12 supplements or injections. Started off with supplements for a good month and I could not feel any difference (I know it can take longer to feel a difference) but I did read the body may not be able to absorb B12. So thought I Would give these particular patches a go because of high B12 dosage and the fact it has folic acid which should help with absorbing it. Iron and Vit C is a good bonus 😊 Everyone is different but after a couple of weeks, I could tell they were working - felt less achey and lethargic. I take an extra patch before period as thats when I used to feel zombiefied and now I feel less sluggish. I managed to misplace my patches for 2 weeks during Xmas and could feel my symptoms coming back. (found them after I received a new lot 😂 - typical) but once again feeling better back on them. These patches may not work for everyone but worth giving it a go, as the price is good value. I have now subscribed for them to come every 2 months.

Got mine this week, after waiting for 4 days to arrive. And yet, I am a prime member. Arrived 2 days later and it doesn't seem to do a lot. I am still feeling the same way I was previously. I should try a better brand.

My levels of B12 were really really low - got a 2week course of B12 from GP but have to wait for 3 months before I get one measly B12 injection- by which time I guess I will be on my hands and knees again. Bought these on the off chance that they might keep me topped up and actually hopefully help to raise my levels instead of depleting them. Seem to be doing the trick. Very pleased. No probs with adherence - I wipe the area clean to make sure there in no natural oils lying on the skin surface and smooth them down - they even stayed on during and after a shower. Very reasonable price and speedy delivery.

These stick to the skin perfectly however I’m not sure on how they work as I require injections but thought I’d use these inbetween doses to tie me over but personally didn’t feel a difference
